ONE DAY PICK UP ONLY/NO SHIPPING OR TRANSPORT. SPECIAL PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property. Any items not picked up on Sunday, July 25th will be considered abandoned.
