fixture in the communty. He co-founded
"The Landing" restaurant in Kennebunkport where he worked for over
(30) years. An avid collector of
antiques for over (60) years, you will discover his collection first hand
throughout this auction in toto.

sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, and
WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to
bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its
best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these
descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in
perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect
signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick up Instructions: Pick up will be on Tuesday,
March 8th and Wednesday, March 9th from 9-4pm. Winning bidders must provide any
type of moving tools, boxes and paper and are responsible for removal and loading of all
items. There will be no help to assist with moving furniture. A representative will be there to direct you
to your items, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for
any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.
Shipping: Parcel Room is available to quote and pick up your item(s)
in Kennebunk. Please contact them at
603-431-4205 or auctions@parcelroom.com. Buyer pays all
shipping costs. We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize
release to shipper of your choice. Local
shipping of larger items (furniture) not suitable for the Parcel Room can be
made by emailing our gallery. Unless
prior acceptable pick up or shipping arrangements have been agreed upon prior
to purchase, a storage charge of up to $25 a day could be applied to any
item left on premise after agreed upon date. Items not picked up may also be
subject to a disposal fee charge, depending on size and type of item.
Transport (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As
a special service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury,
MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for
a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00. NOTE:
EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE
FOR TRANSPORT. ABANDONED ITEMS: ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE –ANY ITEMS BROUGHT BACK TO OUR GALLERY WILL BE ASSESSED A $25 FEE PER ITEM NOT TO EXCEED $100.
