This single owner sale with (3) additions facilitates the need to liquidate an over accumulation of furnishings and decorative arts prior to the summer. Here you will find finely crafted items of quality which will fit into your upstate camp, island retreat, or of course your primary home.

Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to the credit card registered with your Ninja account. 

Terms: All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick up Instructions:  PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A ONE DAY PICK UP ONLY, SATURDAY, MAY 14^TH from 9-4pm.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS THERE WILL BE A TRANSPORT FEE OF $25 PER ITEM (NOTE: EXCLUSIONS      APPLY. LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT.) WE DO PROVIDE LOCAL      DELIVERY FOR A FEE.  PLEASE CALL 978-388-0400 TO ARRANGE PRIOR TO PICK UP DATE. ANYONE NOT MAKING DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.  NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

Winning bidders must provide any type of moving tools, boxes and paper and are responsible for removal and loading of all items. NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO HELP TO ASSIST WITH MOVING FURNITURE.  A representative will be there to direct you to your items, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

Shipping: Parcel Room is available to quote and pick up your item(s) in Kennebunk.  Please contact them at 603-431-4205 or auctions@parcelroom.com. Buyer pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice.  Local shipping of larger items (furniture) not suitable for the Parcel Room can be made by emailing our gallery.  Unless prior acceptable pick up or shipping arrangements have been agreed upon prior to purchase, a storage charge of up to $25 a day could be applied  to any item left on premise after agreed upon date. Items not picked up may also be subject to a disposal fee charge, depending on size and type of item.
