Former Vice President and publisher of law books at Little, Brown, and Company (one of our Country's most distinguished legal publishers), the estate contains a small private library of fiction and non-fiction titles as well as several selections for photofiles.   After an early retirement Rick spent the next (25) years living in his Essex townhouse exploring the salt marshes in his kayaks and vintage sunfish sailboat. Throughout the sale his love for nature become more greatly evident through his large-format nature photographs taken with his many cameras which includes a number of highly sought-after Pentax lenses and camera.  He also loved attending pottery shows which will be evident as you brouse throughout the auction.

Payment and Terms:  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file.  All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick up Instructions: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

Pick Up Address and Time: Saturday Oct 8^th from 9-4:30 at 2 Essex Reach Rd, Essex, MA  01929.  ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING     ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE. 

Shipping: We do not do in-house shipping. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and buyer pays all shipping costs. Parcel Room is available to quote and ship your item(s).  Please contact them at 603-431-4205 or  auctions@parcelroom.com.  We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice.  Local shipping of larger items (furniture) not suitable for the Parcel Room can be made by emailing our gallery.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE SCHEDULED PICK UP DAY, unless prior acceptable pick up or shipping arrangements have been agreed upon prior to purchase.  ANY ITEM NOT PICKED UP WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND DItems not picked up may also be subject to a disposal fee charge, depending on size and type of item.   All shipping releases must be sent to mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com
