All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: If you plan to bid in this auction items will be available at our Warehouse location, 63 Clinton St, Amesbury, Mass.  These items are very heavy and big. Please bring assistance for loading.

PICK UP TIMES: Friday, July 28^th from 2-6 pm and Saturday, July 29 from 8-2  pm

SHIPPING: These items are not suitable for UPS pick up.  If you are purchasing out of state and need a freight delivery, please see below.   WE CANNOT WEIGH THESE ITEMS.

Directions:

From 495 North: Take exit 55 onto Route 110. At the 2nd set of lights take a Left onto Elm St. Go approximately 1 mile and take a Right onto Congress St. Go approximately ½ mile and take a Left onto Clinton St.

From 95 North: Take Exit 58B. At the bottom of the ramp merge onto Route 110. Stay in the right lane and at the set of lights turn slight right onto Elm St. Go approximately 1 mile and take a Right onto Congress St. Go approximately ½ mile and take a Left onto Clinton St.

From 95 South: Take Exit 58. At the bottom of the ramp cross Route 110 bearing slight left and immediately get into the right lane. Stay in the right lane and at the set of lights turn slight right onto Elm St. Go approximately 1 mile and take a Right onto Congress St. Go approximately ½ mile and take a Left onto Clinton St.
