Bid now until auction begins to close Friday, October 20th at 6 pm. Day of  auction preview from 4-6pm. Winning bidders have (2) days, Saturday the 21st and Sunday the 22nd  to remove any and all desired items from home. Buyer may remove what they want and are not responsible for clean-out of estate.

PAYMENT and TERMS:  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file.  All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

PICK UP LOCATION and TIMES: 154 NORTH END BLVD, SALISBURY, MA . Winning bidder has from Saturday the 21st to Sunday the 22nd  from 9-5 pm to remove any and all desired items from home. Buyer will only remove what they want and are not responsible for clean-out of estate.

 PLEASE NOTE: IF THE WINNING BIDDER FAILS TO COME AND PICK UP THE LOT  THE SALE  WILL BE

CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS.

SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.
