Also included are the Vintage Household Furnishings, Furniture, Silver, China, Glass, Textiles, French Posters, Mid Century Paintings and literally thousands of mostly later 20^th Century Books, many in like new condition as the family ran an Ogunquit Maine Bookshop for a number of years.

Because of the vast quantities of individual items in this home,we have in many cases grouped dozens of things into each lot being auctioned, be sure to view all photos.

SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

TRANSPORT BACK TO AMESBURY IS AVAILABLE FOR A $25 FEE PER ITEM CAPPED AT $100, exclusions applies for large and unusual lots, please contact auction manager for quote.
