Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of
invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items
are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to
ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the
description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations,
the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that
the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used
items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age. Special Pick up Instructions: Special Pick up Instructions: Curb side
pick-up only. Winning bidders must
provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and
loading of all items. A representative
will be there to assist, but the winning bidder must bring necessary assistance
to remove large item and assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or
injury that should take place once they are on the property.
Pick Up Address and Time: 68 LOTHROP ST, BEVERLY, MA. Fri, Sept 20th from 10-4pm and Sat, Sept 21st
from 10-12pm. There will be no additional help or packaging supplies,
NO EXCEPTIONS, YOU MUST BE PREPARED. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL
BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS
HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE
FOR A FEE.

your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice. Local shipping of larger items (furniture)
not suitable for mail can be made by emailing our gallery.
TRANSPORT
(ALTERNATIVE PICK UP MUST CALL AUCTION MANAGER): As a special service for
the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases
in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility
in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at
$100.00. NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE
ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT. ANY ITEMS TRANSPORTED BACK TO THE
GALLERY MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS OR THE ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED
ABANDONED.
