The estate of John and Greta Craven. Greta Craven née Esty was the daughter of the late Ralph and Vera Esty of Esty Lumber and Sons in Groveland, MA. Greta took great pride in her 1872 farmhouse that she lived in over 60 years which will also serve as the location for pickups for this online sale.

PAYMENT TERMS:  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file.  All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property. Please be sure to check your WON LOTS.  Once you leave the auction, JMA is NOT responsible for any items left behind.

PICK UP ADDRESS and TIME: 40 Bear Hill Rd Newton, NH on Friday, Oct 25^th  from 10-4pm and Sat. Oct 26^th  from 10-12pm.  ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE.

SHIPPING: UPS is available to quote and pick up your item(s). Please contact them at 603-474-2420 or store1510@theupsstore.com buyer pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice.  Local shipping of larger items (furniture) not suitable for mail can be made by emailing our gallery. 

TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers:  Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00.  This fee  is payable in cash.  NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS OF AUCTION OR WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED WITH NO REFUNDS.,For those interested in this service please text the auction manager or email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com  with your name and the lot number(s) that you would like to have transferred.
