will be charged to your credit card on file.

are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH
ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to
bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its
best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these
descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in
perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect
signs of wear consistent with age.

abandoned with no refund unless other arrangements have been made and storage

SPECIAL PICK UP
INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are
responsible for removal and loading of all items. A representative will be there to assist, but
the winning bidder must bring necessary assistance to remove large item and
assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take
place once they are on the property. When picking up your items, please make
sure you check your invoice and leave with all of your lots. Once you sign your invoice, your order is
closed and JMA assumes no liability for any issues or left items.
TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE
PICK UP): As a special service for the convenience of our valued
customers: Anyone
who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer
to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee
starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00. NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY,
LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT
PAYABLE IN CASH THE. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 15 DAYS OF AUCTION OR
WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED WITH NO REFUNDS. For those interested
in this service please text the auction manager or email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com with your name and
the lot number(s) that you would like to have transferred. Transfer fees to be
paid in cash or check at time of pick up.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES: If you checked off client arranged shipping, that is your release to give your items to
the shipper. Any changes you must EMAIL

instruction the items WILL NOT BE picked up by the shipper and considered
