Paster and Mrs. Paul T. Lindstrom called
Badger's Island their home from 1999 until Paul's passing in 2020 and Anita's
earlier this year. Paul, a Lutheran
pastor and avid reader collected religious antiques, artifacts and artisan
crafts. He also shared his wife Anita's
passion for mid-century modern furnishings that were arranged in an eclectic
blend of antique and contemporary decor; always with the emphasis of form
leading function.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and
will be charged to your credit card on file.
All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS,
WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions
prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will
do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these
descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in
perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect
signs of wear consistent with age.
SPECIAL PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and
paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items.
Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be
there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for
any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.
PICK UP INFORMATION: Friday, December 6 –9:30- 4:00 and Saturday,
December 7– 9:30- 3:00, 10 Island Ave, Kittery, Maine 03904.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE
CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS
HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE
FOR A FEE.
SHIPPING: Please
contact the auction manager to arrange prior to sale. The UPS store is available to quote and pick up and
ship your item(s). Please contact them at 603-474-2420 or store1510@theupsstore.com .Buyer
pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for your
purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice. Local shipping of larger items (furniture)
not suitable for postal can be made by emailing our gallery.
TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As a special
service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone
who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer
to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee
starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00. NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY,
LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR
TRANSPORT. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN (2) WEEKS OR ITEM WILL BE
CONSIDERED ABANDONED WITH NO REFUNDS. For those interested in this service please text the
