PAYMENT and TERMS:  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file.  All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

CONDITION: This auction includes many lots with multiples of porcelain and glassware. The cataloger does their best to provide an accurate condition report, however, given the volume of delicates, we ask that you use the photos as a guide, and if you have any questions, please contact the auction manager for a thorough condition report. All items sold as is, where is, with all faults, there are no refunds.

PICK UP LOCATION and TIMES: 5 NOEL ST, AMESBURY, MA, SUN, DEC 1^ST and MON, DEC 2^ND from 10-4pm.  Items not picked up in the allotted time will be considered abandoned with no credits unless other arrangements are made by emailing mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com. We will hold the item for 10 days of the auction date, if the item is not picked up, it will be considered abandoned with NO REFUNDS.

SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property. Note: Limited staff available. If you purchased a large item, you must come prepared to move with help, boxes, etc.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES: If your items are being shipped, please be sure to check off Client Arranged Shipping.  We recommend that you email us (mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com) and the UPS store (store1510@theupsstore.com) as Ninja does not share email addresses.  It will assist with shipping communication. If you do not give us shipping or pick up instruction when you receive your invoice, the items WILL NOT BE picked up by the shipper and considered abandoned with NO REFUND.
