Day of auction from 11-2, by appointment only. As it is a condo, in an effort to be respectful of neighbors, we ask you to text (978)-518-5558 to schedule a viewing. When arriving for preview text (978)-518-5558 and you will be buzzed into building. 

PAYMENT and TERMS:  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file.  All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: All Items must come down via elevator and we ask for your patience. Once you park please text (978)-518-5558 with your first and last name as it appears on invoice. Please await further instructions as items may be hand delivered to you (if applicable), you may be asked to enter the unit if there are lots of smalls to be packed, or you may be directed into the parking garage where larger items can be conveniently brought down via elevator for an effortless pickup. Again, we appreciate your patience. Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property. Note: Limited staff available. If you purchased a large item, you must come prepared to move with help, boxes, etc.

TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers:  Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00.  NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT PAYABLE IN CASH THE. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 15 DAYS OF AUCTION OR WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED WITH NO REFUNDS.
